    1. 准备工作Preparation

    下列风量平衡步骤是各种空气系统平衡的基础The following balancing procedures are typical to all types of air systems. Before the start of TAB the following will happen. .

    1) 确认影响空气系统气流的每一项已经为TAB做好准备,如门窗已关好,顶板(回风静音箱)就位等。Confirm that every item affecting the airflow in a duct system is ready for the TAB work, such as doors and windows being closed, ceiling tiles (return air plenums) in place, etc.

    2) 确认所有的自动控制仪器不会影响到TAB. Confirm that all automatic control devices are open and will not affect TAB operations.

    3) 创造条件,使空调系统在最大负荷情况下运行,确保空调箱有冷凝水产生。Establish the conditions for the maximum demand system airflow which generally is a cooling application with wetted coils.

    4) 防火阀、检修门、风口以及高效过滤器已经安装到位。Fire dampers, access doors, diffusers, HEAP filters are installed.

    5) 系统已经整体清洁完毕。System clean is finished.

    We will use the below check list to help system checking. 系统检查时,我们可以采用下面的检查表做参考。

    2. 系统启动System Start Up

    2.1 调试人员基本要求 Commissioning team member requirement

    所有参加的调试人员,必须至少经过下列的培训:

    GDP标准文档规范培训;

    安全培训包括进场培训,高空作业平台培训,密闭空间作业培训和安全带培训,挂牌上锁培训。

    All operatives working on system to have the following training as a minimum:

    GDP training;

    Safety training including Site introduction; MEWP; Confined Space entry; Harness training, LOTO.

    2.2 风机检查Fan check

    在启动任何风机之前,应确认挂牌上锁是否已经完成。在核查所有风阀已打开或设置好后,电工应启动所有相关系统(回风,排风排烟等)。启动风机后,立即检查风机、电动机和风机驱动是否存在故障,及电机电流强度。如果电流强度大大超过铭牌上的满载,关闭风机检查存在问题。然后仔细重启风机做必要调整,调整变频器,是风机在设计转速下工作。LOTO need to be finished before we start any fans. After verifying that all dampers are open or set, have the job electrician energizes all related systems (return, exhaust, etc.). Start fans in the system being balanced Upon starting each fan, immediately check the fan, motor and fan drive for malfunctions, and the motor amperage. If the amperage greatly exceeds the nameplate full load amperage, stop the fan to determine the problem. Then carefully restart the fan to make the necessary adjustment. Select the fan speed through the VFD to achieve the design speed (rpm).

    2.3 风阀检查Damper check

    快速检查每个自动风阀,查看是否有卡住或者自动信号未连接的,确认风阀在正确的位置。在平衡期间,这些风阀的位置应该固定。所有风阀都应设置为全开冷却状态。风阀设置完毕后,应上锁,防止人员误操作。Quickly go to each automatic damper that hasn't been blocked or disconnected and confirm that the damper is in correct position. Dampers should be in a fixed position for balancing. All dampers should be set for a full flow cooling condition. These dampers should be locked during commissioning.

    2.4 气流、压力检查Flow/Pressure check

    再次确认需要平衡区域涉及到的相关区域中,所有风机运转良好。如果有问题,压差、渗透或渗漏可能对系统平衡造成不利影响。初步测试可确认每个系统的送风量是否超过排风量。此时应该确认正负压力区。Again confirm that all related system fans serving each area within the space being balanced are operating. If they are not, pressure differences, and infiltration or exfiltration may adversely influence the balancing. Preliminary studies will have revealed whether or not the supply air quantity exceeds the exhaust air quantity from each area. Positive and negative pressure zones should be identified at this time.

    2.5 风阀设置Damper Setting

Normally this will involve closing an outside air damper to the minimum position, opening the return air damper, and closing exhaust air and relief air dampers. (If the supply system is associated with a return air system and/or an independent exhaust system, make sure all systems are operating and all related dampers are set properly for the TAB work.

    2.6 与BAS的合作 Cooperate with BAS

    在调试过程中,调试队伍应与BAS承包商共同合作,至少完成以下工作:

    During test and balancing the TAB personnel and the BAS contractors will work together to carry out the following as a minimum:

    在调试过程中,当系统设定会对人员或系统产生可能的损害时,应由BAS承包商根据调试小组成员的要求设定系统参数。

    BAS personnel to set the system parameters during commissioning to those required by TAB once there is a risk of damage or injury occurring to the personnel or the system.

    当BAS设定系统参数时,调试队伍要确认VAV设定、风机转速、系统压力等。

    TAB will verify the settings of VAVs, fan speed, system pressure for the BAS when they are setting system set points.

    3. 基本测试步骤Basic Air Testing Procedure

    3.1 风机测试Fan Testing

    将皮托管置于主风管或排风风管以测定处于设计转速的送风机所送风量。Determine the volume of air being moved by the supply fan at design rpm by using Pitot tube traverse of the main duct or the ducts leaving fan discharge.

    如果在设计转速时风量达不到设计风量的±10%,可检查各系统情况、步骤和记录数据,找出原因。检查并记录过滤器、盘管、分离机及消声器等的气压下降,看是否存在过多损耗。特别要检查进风口和排风口出风管和外壳状况以达到系统效果。If the fan volume is not within ± 10% of the design capacity at design rpm, determine the reason by reviewing all system conditions, procedures and recorded data. Check and record the air pressure drop across filters, coils, eliminators, sound traps, etc. to see if excessive loss is occurring. Particularly study duct and casing conditions at the fan inlet and outlet for system effect.

    每当转速发生变化,或主风阀的设置发生改变,要经常复查电流强度。Always recheck the amperage whenever any rpm change or major damper setting change is made.

    如果测定的送风机气流、中央回风机或中央排风机的气流与设计气流的偏差大于10%,则应调整每台风机的传动装置以获得接近的气流。记录下风机吸气静压、风机排气静压、电流强度及风量测量,确定风机电机未过载。If the measured airflow of the supply air fan, central return air fan or central exhaust air fan varies more than 10 percent from design, adjust the drive of each fan to obtain the approximate required airflow. Record the fan suction static pressure, fan discharge static pressure, amperage and air volume measurements. Confirm that the fan motor is not overloaded.

    3.2 系统总风量System Airflow

    进行初步研究,在测试前实地检查各个房间的空气循环状况。Make a preliminary survey, spot checking air circulation in various rooms before testing.

    系统总风量可用皮托管在待测风管的适当位置检测。The system airflow is tested by a Pitot tube traverse of the duct being tested.

    横向皮托管的准度取决于是否可以从良好的位置进行测量。通过风管的气流量要合适、一致。理想的方法是测试点上游有6--10口径的直管段。现实做法是,实地不常出现这种情况,因此尽可能从最好的位置测试。避免接近弯头、偏心、过渡段或风管中任何可能造成气流不稳的地方。The accuracy of a Pitot tube traverse is determined by the availability of a satisfactory location to perform the traverse. Reasonably uniform airflow through the duct is necessary. Ideally, there should be six to ten diameters of straight duct upstream from the test location. Realistically, this condition will not be found very often in the field, therefore, use the best locations available. Avoid getting close to elbows, offsets, transitions or anything else in the duct that is creating turbulence.

    用毕托管在合适的位置测量风量来校验风量罩的精度。如果风量罩有偏差,则应记录该偏差,并在使用风量罩的同时,考虑偏差。Air flow hood accuracy should be compared against Pitot tube traverse at a suitable point if there is an error it should be recorded and applied to the air flow hood.

    应注意,一旦高效过滤器安装完毕,将不允许在过滤器上游进行任何开孔工作。任何新的风管上的开孔都将留作为尾项。

    Please note once the HEPA filters are installed any drilling upstream of the filter is not allowed. Any new test points in duct will have to be punched.

    4. 基本气流平衡步骤Basic Air Balancing Procedure

    4.1 平衡标准Balance Criteria

    当符合以下情况时,系统达到平衡The system will be considered balanced when:

    1) 经测量后,每个送风口和回风口的风量值为设计风量±10%时(除非出现不可控因素)。对于洁净室系统,每个送风口的风量值为设计风量值为设计风量值的0%-10%。The value of the air quantity of each inlet or outlet device is measured and found to be within ±10 percent of the design air quantities (unless there are reasons beyond the control). For clean room system, the value of the air quantity of each outlet device is measured and found to be within 0-10% of design air quantities.

    2) 最不利环路中的风口阀门应全开The terminal outlet in the circuit with the greatest resistance shall have damper fully open.

    4.2 风量平衡Performing air balancing

    根据3.基本风量测试步骤 所述进行初步空气系统TAB工作。Perform the initial air systems TAB work as described under 3. Basic Air Testing Procedure.

    所有的末端设备或出风口都应在图纸上编号,选择离风机最远的送风支管。 使用可直接读数的风量罩,在所选支管上记录每个末端出风口的风量。计算出每个出风口的设计流量比例。通过比例调整支管风阀,直至本支管所有出风口平衡。All terminal units or outlets should be numbered on a schematic or layout drawing. Select the supply air duct branch farthest from the fan with the highest pressure loss. Using a direct reading flow hood, record the measured airflow from each of the terminal outlets on the selected branch duct. Calculate the percentage of design airflow for each outlet. Adjust the branch damper according to the percentage result until all the outlets in this branch are balanced.

    所有其他支管之间都应按此比例达到平衡。All the other branches should be proportional balanced to each other in the same manner.

    完成所有出风口和支管的比例平衡后,重新检查风机送风量。如果测出的风量低于设计风量,则需增加风机风量到设计风量,所有出风口风量也应相应地增到设计风量。Upon completion of proportional balancing of all outlets and branches, recheck the supply air fan capacity. If measured air flow is lower than design airflow, the fan airflow volume must be increased to the design airflow and all outlets should increase proportionally to their design airflow.

    再次核实风机容量及操作状况,如有必要,对风机传动装置做最后调整,并记录最终转速。Verify the fan capacity and operating conditions again and make a final adjustment to the fan VFD if necessary. Record the speed.

    将平衡后的风管和风口的最终状态记录在报告表上。When system is balanced records all airflows of the system on report forms for all terminals and duct apparatus.

    如果送风系统是在干盘管状态下测试的,但盘管设计用于除湿,则应在湿盘管情况下重新检查总风量。If the supply system was tested with dry coil surfaces and is designed for dehumidification, the total air quantity should be rechecked under wet coil conditions.

    按要求准备、提交TAB报告。Prepare TAB report including forms and submit for review and approval.

    调整后建议自控供应商将所有系统设定在自动运行状态中。Advise BAS group and set into full automatic operation.

    5. 变风量系统调试步骤VAV System Commissioning Procedure

    在开始TAB工作前,核实控温承包商的操作顺序,对末端装置或变风量箱厂商的安装的控制系统进行必要补充。检查主风管确保足够的进风量。变风量系统应在最大系统流量下操作,将所有末端装置开至最大负荷,在开始对系统进行TAB工作前检查实际风机电流和电压。当系统气流等于设计风机气流,风机可以使用3. 基本风量测试步骤 中所述方法进行测试。带变频器的风机电机应在变风量风机处于100%设计气流时按100%容量(50Hz)运转。变风量箱平衡步骤如下。

    Prior to beginning the TAB work, Verify that the temperature control contractor’s sequence of operation is connected and controlling the terminal unit or VAV box manufacturer’s factory installed control system. Inspect primary air ducts to ensure adequate entry conditions. VAV systems should be operated at maximum system airflow with all peak load terminal units wide open, to check actual fan motor current and voltage before initiating the TAB work the system. When the system airflow is equal to the designed fan airflow, the fan can be tested using the methods described in 3.Basic Air Testing Procedures. Variable frequency drive (VFD) fan motors shall operate at 100 percent capacity (50Hz) when the VAV fans are at 100 percent design airflow. VAV box balancing procedure follows.

    1压力无关型变风量系统步骤Pressure Independent VAV System Procedures

    方便起见,可认为每个压力无关型变风量箱及相关下游的风管看作是独立的送风系统。For simplification, consider each pressure independent VAV box and its associated downstream ductwork to be a separate supply air duct system.

    在相关风机系统按前面所述步骤进行调整后,按一下步骤对变风量系统进行测试、调整和平衡After the related fan systems have been adjusted in accordance with previous procedures, the VAV system should be tested, adjusted and balanced using the following procedures.

    1)将新风阀调至最低,将排风及/或回风阀调至模拟满载的位置。Set outside air dampers to the minimum position and exhaust and/or return air dampers to a position that simulates full load.

    2) 确认风量控制设置在最大流量状态。观察风机电机的电流强度防止可能出现过载。Index and verify that the fan volume control is set for maximum flow. Observe the amperage of the fan motor for possible overload.

    3) 确认最不利环路中的变风量箱或末端装置,他们对送风量和送风静压影响较大。在绝大多数系统中此装置的位置最远。Identify the VAV box or terminal unit that is the most critical to the supply air fan airflow and static pressure. In most systems this unit is usually the most remote.

    4) 测量最不利环路中变风量箱的进口静压。确保进口静压在厂家推荐值的范围之内。Measure the static pressure at the most critical unit. The entering static pressure at this VAV box should be no less than the sum of the VAV box manufacturer recommended minimum inlet static pressure plus the static pressure or resistance of the ductwork and the terminals on the discharge side of the VAV box.

    5)使用皮托管测量系统总风量。系统总风量必须为设计流量的±10 %,如果不是,在进行下一步前做必要调整。 Measure the total system airflow using a Pitot tube traverse reading. Airflow totals must be within ±10 percent of design. If this is not the case, make the necessary adjustments prior to continuing on to the next step.

    6)调整静压调节控制器,直至静压达到以上第5条的要求。不管虑风机容量多少,通常系统的变风量箱和出风口的可以完全平衡至最大及最小的设计流量。Adjust the static pressure regulating controller until the static pressure is at the point required in item 5 above. Usually boxes and outlets of a system can be completely balanced to their design maximum and minimum regardless of fan capacity.

    7) 变风量箱设置在最大流量后,测量总的送风量。若总送风量正确,则平衡出风口。With the VAV box set at the maximum flow rate, measure the total airflow being delivered. When the total airflow is correct, balance the outlets.

    8) 在将变风量箱调至最大流量后,如有必要,检查总的气流并按生产厂家的建议调整箱上的最低设置。重新以最低位置测试个别出风口,使之按比例达到平衡。After setting the VAV box for a maximum airflow, check the total airflow and adjust the minimum setting on the box when required, following the manufacturer's recommendations. The individual outlets should be re-tested in the minimum position but they should stay proportionally balanced.

    9) 调试队伍需同时在BAS系统中确认变风量阀的开度和流量。TAB should verify the VAV box and flow for BAS.

    10) 当系统在最大回风和最小排风运行时,根据皮托管读数及/或风机特点和温度决定总回风量。调整风机转速达到设计要求,平衡回风系统。With the system operating on the maximum return air and minimum outside air, determine the total return airflow by using Pitot tube traverse readings and /or fan characteristics and temperature reading. Adjust the fan speed for design requirements and balance the return air system.

    11) 在最重要的末端设备测量静压。如果需要,在主送风侧调整静压调节控制器,以保证末端设备可以有足够的进口静压。当调整主送风侧静压时时,慢慢设置静压调节控制器,直到风机装置或涡旋风阀开始改变送风风管的静压。Measure the static pressure at the most critical terminal unit. If required adjust the static pressure regulating controller at the main supply air sensing station to ensure that adequate static pressure is maintained at the most critical terminal unit. When adjusting the main supply air sensing station, slowly set the static pressure regulating controller until the fan speed device or vortex dampers begin to change the supply air duct static pressure.

    13) 在测试报告中记录风机性能的最终信息。Record the final fan performance information on the test report form.
